Notes:
The intent of this bid is to establish a firm-fixed price per pump out for labor and
materials to clean cafeteria, culinary, and concessions grease traps for schools
throughout Pasco County. The award of this bid will be made to the lowest and best
responsive, responsible vendor, based on the total price per gallon pumped,
meeting the specifications herein.
NOTE: The District is on Spring Break the week of 3/25 - 3/29/2024. Questions will
not be answered until after the cut off date of 4/2/2024 at 4:00PM (ET).

1 Consideration of Interests
6 Florida Statute 287.05701(3) requires notice to vendors of the following provisions:
1. The School Board may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological
interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
2. The School Board may not give preference to a vendor based on the vendor's social, political, or ideological
interests.
