Question	Page 11, Item 9 of Attachment G to the ITBC states that bidders are to provide a full list of Subcontractors as part of the response. However, Subcontracts typically are not finalized, negotiated, or awarded until after the GC is awarded the Project, therefore we would not have any specific subcontracts in place to list at the time of bid. As an alternative, will the CRA accept a list of proposed subcontractors for review and approval at a predetermined timeframe after award?

Question	Is Lightweight Insulating Concrete an acceptable alternative to PolyIso Insulation?
Answer	No, LWIC is not acceptable. Tapered insulation was calculated in the structural analysis.

Question	Are there any more interior elevation drawings for the reception desk on the parking level. It shows details on sheet A503 details 1-7 but it does not clearly show drawer locations. Please advise.
Answer	Millwork elevations 4 and 5 for the reception desk will be updated to depict the exact configuration of the drawings and shelves as indicated in the details.

Question	Will the concrete stairs require Penetron admixture or penetrating sealer?
Answer	All exposed concrete areas which are not under air-conditioned space will require the inclusion of penetron admixture in the mix design.

Answer	Galvanized rebar in lieu of MMFX is structurally acceptable to be used in the project.

Question	As of this morning it appears that none of the RFI’s submitted since the Pre-bid conference have been responded to, nor have the revised plans discussed at the pre-bid been issued. Will the bid date be extended?
