A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 11.00am (Eastern Time), March 19, 2024, at the City of Fernandina Beach City Hall, 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Submittals will not be accepted from any firm that is not represented at the Mandatory Pre-bid meeting.
