The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (the "ITN") is to
solicit pricing and select a vendor that can provide hauling
services to remove and dispose of sand, grit, waste and biosolids cake from
JEA’s Buckman Water Reclamation Facility (the “Services” or “Work”) at the lowest cost
to JEA.



















The primary scope of work is for the Company take debris from lift
stations deposited at JEA’s Buckman Water Reclamation Facility on the drainage
pad, along with waste removed from the plant bar screen system. When the
biosolids plant is not operating, biosolids cake is also deposited on the pad.
JEA is additionally, soliciting feedback from prospective bidders on provide
additional optional services such as:



















  1. Alternate disposal methods for the sand, grit,
    waste and sludge, where the contractor would take the materials to another
    approved disposal or process site.
  2. Emergency dewatering services via belt dryers,
    or other methods in the event of centrifuge failure.


















Note: Evaluation and Award will be made on the primary scope of work.
Options may be awarded independently of the primary scope, depending on
responsiveness to JEA’s needs.
