The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a Company that can provide design, permitting, bid, and post design engineering services for the construction of a new Water Reclamation Facility at the Northwest site. The services include, but are not limited to: influent screening, oxidation ditches, secondary clarifiers, cloth disk filters, UV system, plant drain (sewer) pump stations, digester, reject storage, biosolids management, chemical system, I&C, electrical building, generator, fuel tank and yard piping.
