County School District, Business Department, 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, GA 30809
no-later-than May 1, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M.
Any bid received later than the specified date and time, whether delivered in person or
mailed, may be disqualified.
The CCSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most
advantageous to the Columbia County School District and to waive any informalities in bidding.

Quotes must include:
• Disconnect, removal, and recycling of old equipment where necessary.
• Delivery, uncrating, setting in place, and removal of all packaging from site.
• Complete installation, including all final connections, by a factory authorized service
contractor for each unit to include the water filtration system for combination/steamer
ovens.
• Pricing must include copper piping to extend to water drains.
• Free performance checks and use and care of equipment training after complete installation.
• The number of days required to make delivery after receipt of purchase order.
