Floor Conference Room, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at 10:00 am, Friday, March 1, 2024, Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Any bids received after the time set for opening will be returned unopened. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “SEALED BID; “ Sallisaw Solid Waste Landfill Facility - Phase 8A Expansion” on the front of the envelope.

Copies may be obtained at the office of Neel, Harvell & Associates, P.C. located at 123 North Oak, Sallisaw, Oklahoma 74955 upon payment of $ 150.00 for each set, which is non-refundable. Electronic sets are available upon request.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
