The attention of bidders submitting proposals for the above-referenced project is called to the
following Addendum to the Request for Proposals indicated above. The items set forth herein,
whether of omission, addition, substitution or other change, are all to be included in, and form a
part of the proposed Contract Documents for the work.
Inclusion of this Addendum must be acknowledged in the spaces provided in the document
entitled “Request for Proposals RFP #24-029 – Daggett Ave Sidewalk and ADA Ramp
Improvements – Phase 1 & 2.” Failure to acknowledge any and all addenda in the above
specified bid form may be cause for rejection of the bids by the Owner on the grounds that it is
not responsive.
This Addendum consists of two (2) pages and one (1) attachment (Section 11.0 - Revised Bid
Form), (20 pages total)

ITEM 2.0: Question from Email:
My question was on bid item number 12. 704.0500 reconstruct drainage structure. Are we looking at a
droplet type situation or is it something that’s behind the sidewalk with brick and /or some kind of block
cobble. I looked up the standard. It doesn’t really give me any information on it that would be helpful
pertaining to this bid. Any information you have on it would be helpful so we could bid item
competitively.

drainage structures. The item is not specific to a structure type.
