The construction of a multi-modal transportation hub and parking lot. The works
include the following items, but are not limited to:
· Storm servicing including catch basins/leads, manholes, ditching,
headwalls, & tie-ins;
· Water servicing including shut-offs/valves, irrigation casing, & tie-ins;
· Sanitary servicing including manholes, & tie-ins;
· Cut and fill excavation;
· Signage & line-painting;
· Electrical works including conduit, light bases, & junction boxes;
· Concrete curbs & asphalt.
