Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada, CORCAN, requires the services of a contractor to replace the ventilation system (HVAC) located in Building 18 at the Cowansville Institution at 400 Fordyce Road, Cowansville, Quebec.

Objectives: Replace the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.

IMPORTANT: There will be a mandatory site visit on April 17, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. (EDT)

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide the tools, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation necessary to complete the work.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within Twenty-seven (27) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
