Description
The Owner invites tenders for:
The Work, which is described in the Tender Documents and is to be performed in accordance with all the requirements contained in the Tender Document, is generally described as follows:
- Approximately 600m2 of concrete sidewalk
- Approximately 1100m of curb and gutter
- Approximately 700m3 of topsoil
- Approximately 6,000m2 of road reclamation and paving
- Tree and shrub planting/removal, sod and hydroseeding
- Roadway lighting
- Pavement markings
- Approximately 450m of watermain
- Approximately 500m of sanitary sewer
- Approximately 550m of storm sewer
- Steel casing pipe trenchless crossing for sanitary and watermain underneath Hyde Creek culvert
- Storm, sanitary, and water service connections
- Fibre optic communication ducting
