Description

British Columbia Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as “BCIT”) invites you to submit a non-binding Quotation for the Supply and Installation of a Non-Refurbished Modular Portable Building and as further described in Appendix A (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Quotation seeks proposals from design-build firms experienced in the design, manufacture, and installation of permanent modular buildings (portables/structures) for educational purposes. The Successful Proponent will be responsible to provide all labour and materials to complete design services, manufacturing of building modules and elements, delivery to site, installation, and commissioning of the modular building for the program that is being delivered to MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd. The site of the modular building will be the MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd facilities at the Boundary Bay Airport in Delta, BC. The Successful Proponent will have expertise in the supply, delivery and installation of a non-refurbished modular portable building for teaching purposes
