Description
Sealed Tenders clearly marked “Riverside Community Centre Siphon (Sanitary) Replacement” will be received at the Town of Princeton Municipal Office, 151 Vermilion Ave, Princeton, BC, V0X 1W0, up to 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, April 25
th
, 2024. Tenders will be opened in public in the Town’s Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date.
The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
Tender Documents are available electronically on the BC Bid website. Printed copies are available from the offices of TRUE Consulting (Kamloops) at a cost of $200.00, which is non-refundable. A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and emailed to TRUE Consulting at info@true.bc.ca in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender. It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
If the information stipulated above is not enclosed with the Tender at the time of opening, the Tender will be rejected.
Tenders received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
- Construction of site civil works including fencing, stairs, gabion wall, and road and pathway reconstruction
- Supply and installation of pre-packaged FRP lift station, including excavation and dewatering
- Supply and installation of HDPE forcemain via directional drilling techniques
- Supply and installation of necessary gravity sewer piping and appurtenances
- Supply and installation of electrical and control systems including generator, kiosk, junction boxes and soft starts with applicable conduit and wiring
- Programming and commissioning of new lift station electrical components
- Phasing of project construction to achieve noted milestones and overall completion date

- If a Bid Bond is provided, a CONSENT OF SURETY relating to subsequent security arrangements for PERFORMANCE and LABOUR AND MATERIALS PAYMENT GUARANTEES.
