DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE
Par le présent appel d'offres, la CNESST souhaite recourir à des prestataires de services spécialisés en technologies de l’information (TI), et plus précisément, en maintien et amélioration de solutions applicatives.
Cet appel d’offres comprend 3 volets :
- Volet 1 − Services professionnels en programmation et en développement spécialisés .NET
- Volet 2 − Services professionnels en architecture fonctionnelle et organique spécialisés .NET
- Volet 3 − Services professionnels d’analyse fonctionnelle et de programmation spécialisés Oracle Forms
Le prestataire de services peut soumissionner sur un ou plusieurs volets.
DURÉE PRÉVUE DES CONTRATS
Les contrats concernant les volets 1 et 2 débuteront vers le 29 avril 2024 pour se terminer vers le 28 avril 2027 .
Le contrat concernant le volet 3 débutera vers le 3 juin 2024 pour se terminer vers le 2 juin 2027.
LIEU DES TRAVAUX
Les travaux auront lieu à Québec.
Toutefois, tous les travaux peuvent être exécutés à distance.

La CNESST oblige le prestataire de services à s’adresser exclusivement à cette personne et à nulle autre personne dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres, à moins d’indication contraire de sa part. Tout manquement à cette obligation pourra entraîner l’élimination du prestataire de services.
AUTRES INFORMATIONS
La CNESST ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues.
Le prestataire de services devra déposer qu’une seule soumission par volet.
Le représentant de la CNESST se réserve la possibilité de ne pas considérer une demande de précision formulée par le prestataire de services et transmise moins de trois jours ouvrables avant la date et l’heure limites fixées pour la réception des soumissions.
