APPEL D’OFFRES PUBLIC
La Municipalité de Saint-Médard demande des soumissions pour l’exécution des travaux décrits sommairement ci‑après :
- Nivellement de terrain, incluant excavation et remblayage pour les divers aménagements.
- Aménagement d’un stationnement en pierre concassée.
- Bétonnage de trottoirs, dalles sur sol, escalier et bordures.
- Aménagement paysager.
- Installation de jeux récréatifs.
- Travaux d’électricité.
- Autres travaux connexes.
Les documents nécessaires à la soumission seront disponibles sur le site du « Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres » (S.E.A.O.) ( www.seao.ca ). L'obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme.
Toute soumission doit, pour être validement considérée, être préparée sur la formule fournie sur le site du SEAO.
Le responsable de l’appel d’offres de la municipalité de Saint-Médard est monsieur Nicolas Lessard‑Dupont (nicolas.lessard-dupont@cld-basques.qc.ca).
Les soumissions devront être reçues et être physiquement au bureau municipal de Saint-Médard (51-A, rue Principale Est), avant 15 h 00, heure locale, le 2 mai 2024. Elles seront ouvertes publiquement à la salle du conseil municipal immédiatement après l’heure limite.
La municipalité de Saint-Médard n'accepte pas de recevoir des soumissions transmises par voie électronique.
La Municipalité de Saint-Médard se réserve le droit de n’accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et de retrancher du contrat certaines parties. Le Maître de l’ouvrage ne sera en outre passible d’aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes subis par les soumissionnaires à la suite de telles décisions.
