Fourniture et installation d’équipements de radiocommunication pour le Service de sécurité incendie de la Ville de Lachute
La Ville de Lachute désire recevoir des soumissions pour la fourniture et l’installation d’équipements de radiocommunication pour le Service de sécurité incendie de la Ville de Lachute.
Les documents d’appel d’offres pourront être obtenus à compter de vendredi le 22 mars 2024, en s’adressant au Service électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), en communiquant avec un des représentants par téléphone au 1 866 669‑7326 ou au 514 856‑6600, ou en consultant le site web www.seao.ca . Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par SEAO.
Pour être considérée, chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d’un chèque certifié, d’un mandat-poste ou d’une traite bancaire tiré d’une institution financière reconnue faisant affaires au Québec , d’un cautionnement de soumission émis par une institution financière ou d’une lettre de garantie irrévocable émise par une institution financière en faveur de la Ville de Lachute d’un montant équivalent de 1 000 $, valide pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours à partir de la date d’ouverture des soumissions.
Seuls les cautionnements émis par des compagnies détenant un permis d’assureur du Canada et reconnues par l’Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec seront acceptés aux termes des documents d’appel d’offres.
Les soumissions, présentées selon les modalités prévues aux documents d’appel d’offres, seront reçues à l’Hôtel de Ville de Lachute au 380, rue Principale à Lachute, J8H 1Y2, jusqu'à 11 heures (heure du hall de l’Hôtel de Ville), le jeudi 25 avril 2024 pour être ouvertes publiquement le même jour immédiatement après le délai pour la réception des soumissions.
