Requests for Proposals for Designer Selection – Project (24-09)
Saint Paul College (SPC) Academic Excellence Renovation
Electronic copies of proposals are due no later than 12:00 noon Central Time, Monday, April 22, 2024, submitted via email to the State Designer Selection Board proposals administrator as directed in the RFP.
The Mandatory Informational Meeting and Site Tour will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 1:00pm at the ROOM L215, Saint Paul College, 235 Marshall Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55102.
Parking Instructions: Enter campus off of Marshall and Park in Lot B or Parking Ramp.
Enter Building through West Entrance. Parking Fee is $5.00/per vehicle
Questions regarding this RFP must be received by Friday, April 12, 2024 not later than 10:00am Central Time.
Only Prime Firms responding to this RFP should send inquiries on behalf of themselves and their sub-consultants.
