The City desires to contract with a qualified and experienced contractor to provide labor, parts and material to repair small equipment. The awarded contract shall allow the purchase of new small equipment. The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors.
At the City's sole decision, repair services and commodities awarded under this solicitation may also be used by various City operations that are not storm related.
This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.

Solicitation Package Protest Period
|
WRITTEN NOTICE OF PROTEST. Any person or Bidder who is adversely affected by the City's Solicitation Package's contents shall file a written notice of protest with the Procurement Manager within 72 hours after the posting and release of the Solicitation Package by the City. Saturdays, Sundays, and City holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods provided by this paragraph. FORMAL WRITTEN PROTEST. The formal written protest shall be filed within 5 business days after the date the notice of protest is filed. The formal written protest shall state with particularity the facts and laws upon which the protest is based. WAIVER OF RIGHTS. Failure to file a notice of protest or failure to file a formal written protest shall constitute a waiver of the vendor's rights to protest the Solicitation Package.

Questions and Clarification Period
|
Bidders shall address all questions and request clarification for a Solicitation Package to the Purchasing Agent. Questions shall be submitted via email, fax or hard copy and shall be received by the question and clarification deadline stated above and on page 1 in the Solicitation Document (or as may be amended by Addenda). All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view.
