The City of Davenport is accepting bids on ten (10) additional NVR recorders and 100 cameras to continue the in-building IT-Facilities camera system deployment to the WEBGATE system. No setup or additional services desired or required.

Gray market units will be rejected from the bid.

Depending on Bid price, the City reserves the right to cancel the bid without awarding.

Note: Shipping should be quoted as a separate line item. List the shipping as $0.00 if shipping is already included in the price of the unit.

Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted. All questions must be submitted electronically under the Questions tab.
