| Description: | The Contractor shall provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the design of a heated, 2-bay Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB) at Mountain Village Airport (MOU) and a heated, 2-bay SREB at Gambell Airport (GAM). Each building will be standard size 52'x50' with a concrete slab foundation. Services are anticipated to include: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Environmental, Cost Estimating, assistance during Bidding and Construction, and Closeout Documentation. | ||
