NEVADA STATE LABOR COMMISSION PWP NUMBER: CL-2023-491


SCOPE OF WORK: Remove and dispose with the intent to prepare/clear space to a “shell” configuration.

Build out two new spaces per the plans and specs identified in bid documentation.

ESTIMATED COST: $2,713,593.00


A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ambulatory

Conference Room located in the Delta Point building at 901 Rancho Lane, Suite 265, Las

Vegas, NV 89106.

Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System on September 13,

2023.

All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in writing by John.

Goodnow@umcsn.com) no later than 2:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023. OWNER will issue

any necessary Addenda by close of business Thursday, October 5, 2023

Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com before October 12, 2023

at 2:00:00 p.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website and will be opened immediately thereafter.
