The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to develop affordable Mixed Income Rental housing on approximately eleven and a quarter acres (11.25 acres), with approximately ten point ninety-six (10.96) developable acres, at the east corner of Tenaya Way and North of Westcliff Drive, in Las Vegas, Nevada (APN 138-27-801-004) .
