SCOPE OF WORK: The project involves comprehensive bathroom remodeling in the Silver Mesa Pool House, covering fixture replacement, millwork, painting, installation, and all other appurtenances as required. Key elements include replacing fixtures, installing new millwork such as benches and cabinets, painting specified rooms, removing old partitions, and site clean-up after. The facility is located at 4095 Allen Lane, North Las Vegas, NV 89032 and was built in 2001. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.The estimated monetary range of the project is: $160,000 to $180,000.
