TO: Prospective Bid Proposers
This addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Request for Bid
Proposals No. 24-08 dated February 11, 2024.
All bidders are to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may
subject the bidder to disqualification.
This Addendum consists of:
• Correction and revisions to Attachment A - RESPONSES FORM
• Specifications for Panasonic PT-REZ10Bu7 projector
• Specifications for Panasonic ET-C1T700 Lens
Panasonic has informed the District that Projector PT-RZ990 has been discontinued and is no
longer available. The specification for PT-RZ990 is deleted and will be substituted
with Panasonic PT-REZ10Bu7 with standard lens – (Quantity 2); as well as Panasonic ET-
C1T700 Lens – Quantity 1. Bidders must use the attached Revised Bid form when submitting
their bids

Agree, if awarded this Contract, I will complete all work for which a Contract may be awarded
and to furnish any and all products, and freight required as set forth in the solicitation
documents and specifications.

Has examined the solicitation documents and specifications and is satisfied as to the products
to be furnished, and as to the requirements of the specifications.

valid certificates of insurance before the seventh business day and/or insurance policies in
effect or allow them to lapse during the performance of the Contract.

Confirm this response is genuine and is not a sham or collusive, or made in the interest of, or
on behalf of any person not herein named, nor the Offeror in any manner sought to secure
for themselves an advantage over any other Offeror.

Further propose and agree I will accept as full compensation for the work to be performed the
prices submitted.

Have carefully checked the figures entered and the Owner will not be responsible for any
error or omissions in the preparation or submission of the response.

Agree no verbal agreement or conversation with an officer, agent or employee of the owner,
either before or after the execution of the contract, shall affect or modify any of the terms or
obligations of this response.

10. Acknowledge the Owner will not be responsible for any error or omission in the preparation and
submission of this response.
11. Understand the Award will be made on all items-or-nothing basis. Failure of Offeror to provide
a price on all items shall be cause of Response rejection.
12. Understand that, in case of failure on the part of the Provider to deliver the product or service
within the time specified, or with such additional time as may be granted by the formal action
of Owner, Provider shall pay to Owner, as liquidated damages, $500.00 per calendar day.
