SNRHA is seeking a contractor for the above noted services of Temperature Pressure-Relief (TPR) Installations. Please find the Scope of Work and the related documents pertaining to this solicitation. Please be advised that this is a time-sensitive project, therefore we are seeking quotes by Thursday, April 18, 2024, by the deadline at 12:00PM. It is imperative to contact Ava Mitchell-Crew to schedule site visits to inspect each property.


The Scope of Work includes work or inspection of approximately 679 total units-all work must be performed by a State of Nevada licensed Plumber, following all Federal, State, and Local regulations.


This is a Davis-Bacon and Section 3 project. Your cost must be in line with Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations, attached. For questions on Davis-Bacon, please contact Irma Solis at (702) 477-3152. For questions on Section 3, please contact me.


Please complete and include the attached Vendor Packet and Section 3 documents, along with your quote by the above deadline date of Thursday, April 18, 2024, by 12:00PM.


Project will be awarded up to the 3 lowest and responsive and responsible bidder(s).
