The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids to construct a 15,397 SF building with offsite and onsite improvements. Project location is 1099 C Street, Las Vegas, NV. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development administration and therefore is subject to the Federal Laws and regulations associated with that program.
