The Work generally involves constructing two reinforced concrete pads and placing asphalt over a 3 acre site. The work also includes waterline utility construction, storm drain construction, building utility stub outs, masonry walls, wrought iron fencing, and landscaping.

The Project shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

The estimated monetary range of the project is: $1,750,000 to $2,000,000.
