A Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held at 7370 E. Carey Ave., LV 89156. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the
project's specifications and the solicitation process and visit the site. Interested parties should either print out or save electronically the

the original bid security to the Purchasing Representative within 24 hours of the LVMPD's request.

Certificate of Eligibility (Bidder's Preference)
If the Bidder has met the requirements of NRS 338.1389, inclusive, and wants to receive a preference in bidding on
public works, Bidder must provide a valid certificate of eligibility issued to the Bidder by the State Contractors’ Board.
BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO UPLOAD THE CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY.
Affidavit of Preference Compliance
Within 2 hours after the completion of the opening of the bids by the public body or its authorized representative,
Contractor submits a signed affidavit that meets the requirements of subsection 1 of NRS 338.0117.
Bid Attributes
1 Acknowledgement of all Addenda and Verification of Use of the Most Updated Solicitation
Prior to the Close Date, the LVMPD will post any changes to the solicitation on the NGEM website. The Bid Number
will reflect the Bid Number and the number of the latest addendum issued. The solicitation documents (attachments
and information in all other tabs) on the NGEM website will reflect all addenda issued as the most updated
solicitation. The Bidder/Proposer bears the responsibility for verifying its Bid/Proposal is submitted in accordance
with all of addenda issued by the LVMPD before the Close Date and time.
The Bidder/Proposer hereby acknowledges that it has verified its Bid/Proposal is submitted in accordance with all
addenda issued (if any) on this solicitation. Bidder/Proposer acknowledges that it is solely responsible for verifying
on the NGEM website that it has submitted its Bid/Proposal using the most updated solicitation and acknowledges
that if its Bid/Proposal is not made in accordance with the most updated solicitation that its Bid/Proposal may be
rejected.
