Notes:
This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the
project CITY HALL ADA ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS as described in the
specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the removal and reconstruction
of the parking lot and associated facilities adjacent to City Hall at 401 California
Avenue to provide an ADA compliant accessible site and improved facilities. The
work will consist of the removal & replacement of concrete, asphalt, and parking
canopies on an approximate two-acre work site. The work includes several utility
improvements such as the abandonment of an existing 6” VCP sewer main,
abandonment of an existing 6” cast iron raw water main, the construction of a new 4”
PVC sewer lateral, the construction of a new 6” PVC raw water main, the
construction of new electrical infrastructure for decorative streetlighting and event
power.
