The "Project" of which the "work" of the contract is a part titled Parkdale Recreation & Senior Center: Gym Floor Replacement, located at 3200 Ferndale St., Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. The "work" is described in the project drawings and divisions 1 through 48 of the project manual.

The work consists of new floor replacements to Parkdale Community Center which consists of approximately 4,650 sf.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the division one general requirements; demolition of floor and base as shown, demolition of existing floor sleeves, partial demolition of terrazzo flooring as shown, demolition of exterior concrete, installation of hydraulic cement underlayment, installation of pipe and tube railings, existing stage to be removed and reinstalled to accommodate new floor height, installation of above-grade vapor retarders, installation of wood athletic flooring, installation of resilient base and accessories, installation of ramps/ transitions and vinyl flooring, and installation of concrete paving using materials noted on drawings and specifications herein.
