Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 49,000 students and 6,400 staff members.
Lewisville ISD is soliciting cooperative quotes for LISD’s Renewal of VMware Support Products and Services to maintain the District’s virtual server environment. This request for quote includes any renewal of software and licensing agreements and includes technical support and maintenance. Installation services are not being requested.
The District is requesting specific software/licensing, and is asking the Vendors to adhere to the specifications on the quotes. All quotes must be pursuant to an LISD eligible cooperative contract from a cooperative that LISD is a member of (a list of which is provided as an attachment). Any electrical work that may be considered a public work is specifically excluded. See the LISD RFQ document for additional details.
