Nevada Composites' Green-Aero(SM) tooling is the next generation in rapid tooling for composites prototyping, manufacture, and repair. Is is rapid, low-cost, environmentally friendly, lightweight, accurate, and yields a low, composite-compatible CTE.
Our standard Green-Aero(SM) Rapid Tooling System creates ceramic tooling for composites manufacture from a master up to 30 in x 35 in x 18 in. We also fabricate tools and wash-out mandrels for applications to 800F.
