It was quickly obvious that his skills were beyond dispatching and moved into freelancing for several companies as dispatcher and safety manager. After 5 years of freelancing it was time for a change. Erick took his skill sets, experience, and confidence to decide and open his own broker/trucking company business. HAANER, INC. currently employs for-hire professional owner operators, and an office staff of 30, so no job is too big or too small. We run a background check and conduct random drug-screens on all of our employees. At HAANER, INC. safety is our biggest concern.
