A site visit shall be conducted on 09/18/2023 at 1300 MDT (1:00PM). Contractors may either arrive at the administrative office, or proceed to the site.
The address and coordinates are respectively as follows:

The Contractor will prepare the site including grading and dirt work, install a 30' X 30' X 6" deep, 3000 psi concrete slab
with fiberglass mixed into concrete, and a 6” wide X 2’ deep continuous footing with rebar. The exact location will be
discussed with USFS personnel; see site map. Contractor will install concrete forms (2X6 lumber/steel forms) and make
sure the pad will be square. Contractor will supply all materials to install the forms and any other tools needed to pour
concrete. Rebar will not be utilized in the floor since fiberglass will be mixed with the Concrete. Concrete will be hauled
locally at 3 miles one way (5 min drive). Bull float will be used to get a rough finish on concrete. No vibration equipment
will be used. A 10 day advance notice prior to starting concrete work to allow for time to prep for the concrete pad.
