The purpose of this amendment is to (1) provide industry with responses to questions, (2) update the RFP, Pricing Matrix, and Attachment B, J, L, and S in response to questions.

This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80TECH23R0002. The principal purpose of NCAPS is to provide enterprise IT and related services for NASA. The services include information security; application, web, and platform services; information and data analytics; IT services for automation; and IT innovation across NASA’s centers.

The anticipated contract will support all NASA Centers and Facilities.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.

Offerors shall follow all instructions listed in Section L.28 Electronic Submission of Proposals - Proposal Marking and Delivery Through NASA's EFSS Box of the attached RFP for submission instructions. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than April 28 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
